 🔹 Terms and Conditions: Welcome to the official website of The Cyberabad Bangali Association (CBA). By enrolling as a member or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to families who align with the objectives of the Association. Membership types include Annual Membership (renewable every year) and Lifetime Membership (one-time payment) per family.
2. Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to attend all CBA-organized events, receive updates through our WhatsApp Group, and participate in cultural, community, and recreational activities hosted by the Association.
3. Membership Fees: Membership fees are collected solely for administrative and operational purposes and are subject to change with prior notification.
4. Code of Conduct: All members and event participants are expected to maintain respectful and inclusive behavior during events and interactions. The Association reserves the right to revoke membership in case of misconduct.
5. Modifications: The Association may update these terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

🔹 Privacy Policy: CBA is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its members and visitors.

1. Information Collection: We collect your name, contact information, email ID, and membership type when you register. This information is used solely for internal communication and administrative purposes.
2. Data Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
   • When legally required
   • To trusted partners for internal operations (e.g., payment processing)

1. Data Security: We use secure systems and platforms to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
2. Member Rights: Members can request to view, update, or delete their personal data by contacting the Association’s Executive Committee or by emailing across at contact@cyberabadbengalis.com. 

🔹 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Fees: All payments for Annual or Lifetime Memberships are final and non-refundable. Membership fees are valid for a financial year. 
2. Event Participation Fees (if any): In the case of separately chargeable events, cancellation and refund (if applicable) terms will be clearly mentioned in the event communication.
3. Exceptional Cases: Refund requests due to duplicate transactions or technical errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us within 7 days of the transaction at contact@cyberabadbengalis.com.

🔹 Shipping & Delivery Policy: CBA does not engage in physical product sales or logistics through this website. As such, no shipping or delivery is applicable for membership services.

1. Digital Communication: Membership confirmation, newsletters, and event invites are shared digitally via email and/or WhatsApp.
2. Event Material Distribution: Any physical items (e.g., badges, souvenirs) will be distributed during events. CBA does not offer home delivery of these items.
