Membership Fees:

All payments for Annual or Lifetime Memberships are final and non-refundable. Membership fees are valid for a financial year. 
Event Participation Fees (if any): In the case of separately chargeable events, cancellation and refund (if applicable) terms will be clearly mentioned in the event communication.

Exceptional Cases:

Refund requests due to duplicate transactions or technical errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us within 7 days of the transaction at contact@cyberabadbengalis.com.
